"Defiance, Ohio is an anarchist folk-punk band from Bloomington, Indiana. They are known for their extensive touring and intense, enthusiastic live shows. They are named (tongue in cheek) after the real town Defiance, Ohio. The band has a unique line-up for a punk act, featuring violin, cello, banjo and upright bass. The band is also known for being involved with fellow DIY minded record label Plan-It-X Records, often touring with many bands on Plan-It-X Records and recently participating in the Plan-It-X Fest"

Antioch Arrow - In Love With Jetts

"Antioch Arrow used the fast and chaotic framework of hardcore punk to create songs that were at times melodic and at times indiscernible, but almost always curious and played at breakneck speed. Their calling card was surely their Vocalist Aaron Montaigne. Whether dramatic and theatrical or whispered or shrieked, his obtuse, stream-of-consciousness vocal delivery & lyrics forced an audience to react."

In Love With Jetts is Antioch Arrow's second full length, coming a year after The Lady Is A Cat and their split 7" with Candle.  Jetts is a perfect representation of the mid-90s emo sound that swept the underground with bands such as Orchid, Funeral Diner, Pg. 99, and Saetia.  Listen and enjoy.
